Nothing was ever too much trouble for Simon to consider and he is super easy to communicate with. Simon doesn’t take short cut, he builds the home like it is his own. Nor does he out source his work to a supervisor, you sign with Simon and he manages the build from start to finish.

His trades were of high quality and helpful throughout the process. Simon was accommodating and supportive throughout the building process. He built relationships with the neighbors to minimize and address any issues they had during the building process. This kind regard for the neighbour’s ensured our relationships commenced on friendly terms.
