The Wembley Downs project was a Spec Home Formview Building constructed. It was situated on a challenging 305m2 block which included a loft and a 12 metre lap pool down the western boundary. It was a really clever concept by Karl Spargo Building Design which got 5 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms, 2 powder rooms and 2 living areas on a block of that size.
